Hello, I did the last update at the FS4 yesterday, but now my quest 3 VR no longer work in FS4.
Are there more people with this problem ?
Quest 3 VR no longer works after update.

Hi Gert, I used it a couple of days before and was working ok. I will try it this night and comment!
How do you connect the Quest 3 to the PC? I use Virtual Desktop with wireless connection to my WiFi6 dedicated router.
With Virtual Desktop, FS4 launches Steam Link but doesn't load the full Steam Link 3-D environment, and I have noticed that with Virtual Desktop my PC resources use are much smaller than when I launch FS4 directly from Steam Link app.

No Problems with Quest 3 and direct Steam-Link in Quest 3 ( without Virtual Desktop ).

I confirm too that FS4 version 4.6.0.4 (2024-10-08) is working well with the Quest 3. I used Virtual Desktop to launch it.
In VR I use FS4 with HIGH graphics settings (I7 14gen + RTX4070 + 32GB Ram) and it works super smooth. With ULTRA setting in VR it has some occasionally stutters.

I can confirm that the latest fs4 update works perfectly with my Q3/rtx4090 with Air Link at 200mbps dynamic bitrate. Also works fine with my QPro using the official link cable connected to my z790mb usb3.2 type-c port at 650mbps encoding bitrate (my current favorite setup with all my sims). My only complaint remains that with my QPro the Pro controllers continue to snap back to cockpit center after a short while, probably when they go into standby. This also still happens with fs2. This doesn't happen with my Q3 and Q3 controllers. So, probably AF isn't using the proper Meta Quest Pro controller sdk's or something. My current workaround is to turn off my Pro controllers (press/hold menu/meta buttons for ~5-10 seconds) prior to starting up fs2/4.
Also, I wish AF would cleanup LA city center scenery and get rid of that silly tall building just north of the US Bank building. The LA center scenery is actually still better with FS2 imho.

I also have the same problem after the October update (thought I was the only one). I run AeroFly FS4 in VR using Oculus Link and the cable. Before I would just start the app from the Oculus Link page, but that stopped working. I got around that by creating a desktop shortcut with the "-othervr" switch embedded in the shortcut after the executable. Running the shortcut after starting Oculus Link starts the app in VR mode, but now required going to the PC to start the app (I could do that from the headset in the Link window previously).
Reading the other replies, I have another question. I started using Virtual Desktop to run software instead of the cable and Oculus (or Quest) Link. I also bought a dedicated WiFi 6 router forthis purpose. The performance is equal or almost better than Quest Link + cable. However, other users said you can start Steam VR without the Steam VR environment. When I click on Aerofly in the Virtual Desktop Games tab it starts the Steam VR environment. How do I get around that? Thanks in advance.

With my Q3 and QPro I find the best/easiest way to startup fs2 or fs2 with Link (or Air Link) is to start link and go to your meta link home void, then select the virtual desktop icon and pull up your PC desktop. Then open your Steam Library and select fs2 or fs4 start. This will give your the option to startup in 2D monitor, Oculus, or Steam. Select Oculus and presto, is done. You can also select this as default if you want to (I also use a Vive Pro1 so I don't do that).
