We haven't yet found the cause why it's working for some customers but not others. And it's the weekend, where we have the days off but I'm sure the boss is already investigating behind the scenes.
Thats why we need as much information as possible from you guys to find the pattern of who is affected and why.

Hello That's the idea i defend. I"ve asked many times the feedback (Here, through the FB communauty) but nobody does feedbacks so far..... So i let down.... In fact the planes is not free (normal) but i don't see the purchasing button but i i can download it and see it the menu. That"s the reason why i think some poeple who bought the bundle, maybe they can fly with it (even with IOS device).... But at that point it's pure theory without feebacks...

Everything's fine on Android. The developers will take care of iOS, but it won't happen so quickly. Read the thread IPACS wrote. Constantly asking won't help either.
The issue seems to be that the purchase or download button is not showing up. But you can still select the plane but since it was never downloaded you cannot load the airplane, therefore the default Cessna 172 is loaded instead.
For everyone experiencing this issue, were you all part of the beta program before or is there someone who never used the beta and can still not purchase or download the 737-800?
