Aerofly FS on mobile currently does not use more than around 4GB of RAM.

RAM is important for long running stability but has no impact on performance.

You are the first customer we hear of that is using a mouse with a mobile device. Support for Aerofly FS hasn't been added yet. May we know how you attached the mouse to your device? We might add support for it in the future if demand is higher.

@shdkd The current mobile version 'artificially' brightens the night lighting. This has numerous reasons, but the top two are, that mobile displays vary extremely how bright they are, especially if they heat up. Also another reason is that most users prefer an artificially bright night lighting so that they see more even if in reality you don't.

That being said, we are evaluating an overall 'brightness' setting for users so everyone can adjust the brightness to their personal taste.

Tomfa If you do use 3rd party content or user created scenery objects, we pretty much can't do anything besides recommending to disable one object after the other until it performs ok again.

We have no control over the objects therefor if for example a collision object of a POI stretches over many kilometers, it will impact performs a lot.

henzo Aerofly FS on the Switch features the same content as our other versions. So you can fly world wide and you also have the same large collection of aircraft.

Currently only the A350 is not on the Switch, as it is too complex for the hardware of the Switch. Also there are no city buildings world wide as this is too much for the Switch as well.

But again, besides that, you can fly world wide with over 30 aircraft.

The folder I sent you is the correct one for the STEAM version, so again it's in

    ~Library/Application Support/Aerofly FS 4/main.mcf

    this folder

    ~Library⁩/Containers⁩/com.aerofly.aerofly-fs-4-mac/⁨Data⁩/⁨Library/Application Support⁩/Aerofly FS 4/main.mcf

is only used for the Mac App Store version.

Please check if you can see the Library folder on your mac computer. If not you need to enable it.

Why do you need to get the main.mcf anyway?

The current HIGH and ULTRA settings in Android and iOS Beta have a higher performance requirement compared to the older versions. The main reason is the greater loading distance of airports and city lights.

It's the constant balance between high performance device users vs. low performance devices users. The graphic settings eventually need to be adjusted with future updates to account for the further increasing gap between those users.

So as mentioned before, please reduce your quality settings to achieve > 20 FPS at minimum.

If you can't maintain > 20 FPS with even the lowest settings, your device is not suitable for Aerofly FS.

The cache clear is done by Aerofly FS on a fresh program start. It doesn't matter what iOS device you use. But you must exit Aerofly FS ( swipe out of active apps ) and restart device. Then the Cache should be cleared to the maximum mentioned before.

Yes, I was talking about that. It shouldn't exceed 4 GB at most. Can you exit Aerofly FS, restart your phone and start Aerofly FS again, it should clear the cache.

On Apple iOS devices you can't do this. Cache size on Aerofly FS for iOS is around 2-4 GB of data. It should not exceed that value. You should ensure you have always this amount of free storage available.
