Why do I get the warning "NAV NOT ON FMS RUNWAY" when taking off and how can I fix it?

At which airport?
Usually taking off from the runway that you have planned in the navigation menu should work without any warnings.

I get it when having say runway 04 in a route but do a take off on runway 22, taking off in the other direction.

In reality, there are 07C and 07L, but in this game only 07L exists, and when creating a flight plan, if you set it to 07L, it will be set to the actual 07C runway, which is probably the reason for the warning.
