EGNM/LBA Parking Spot

Firstly I appreciate this is a really niche request and nobody’s priority,

But is it possible to add another parking spot at EGNM/LBA?

At present there is only the one and it’s away from the terminal / gates, facing the wrong way for a pushback.

There are spaces between the AI aircraft to add more in, but just one would be great.

I’m not expecting IPACS to get around to this anytime soon, although it would be fantastic for me if they did. I just wondered if anyone knew a way to manually add an extra parking spot. If it was possible to edit a file etc to include one.

I am probably being really thick, but how can I move the positions back slightly?

2 of the parking positions are too close to the terminal for pushback.

I’ve tried amending the coordinates of the positions, in the files, but it doesn’t change the locations in game.

The positions must be adjusted in both the TSC and the WAD. I am now attaching a version in which the formulas for the conversions in the WAD are described.

Basically, you can adjust the new position in the TAP and then convert it with the TAP converter.

Or you can quickly recalculate the values from the TSC for the WAD, the calculation formula is in the WAD. In addition, I enclose a table as NUMBERS and as XLSX, with which the conversions can be made. I will also describe this in Flight-Sim.org and publish the tables there.

I had a quick play with that this morning and got it working.
