Hi
I tuned for the ILS RWY 23 and there was no signal in my F18 cockpit. Either the Hornet pit has a bug or the ILS is indeed missing

Try the GPS plate. For MP401 take FRI 164 to at 13 miles, this takes into account the old database magnetic variation. Rate of descent 400’ per nm.
