Game crashing in big airports

Hello everyone, I'm having some issues with the game. When I try to start flying from some big airports (Heathrow and Shipol in this case) my game gets very laggy after one or two seconds then steamVR ends up crashing. I think that's when it loads the buildings in the background. The game run smoothly in smaller airports like Marseille and Helsinki. Does anyone have the same issue? Thank you

My specs :
Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3080
32GB RAM and SSD
Ultra graphic preset in VR using Virtual Desktop
Game version 4.07.03.04

Here are my logs in a zip file, but I have some corrections to make about my original post. I just figured the game is not crashing, it is actually steam VR that is crashing. My VR headset get a freezing image (if i turn my head, it's all black), but I can still change the views on my main monitor, hear the sounds, etc. SteamVR says "Steam VR has encountered an unexpected problem, Restart SteamVR", and when I click it, the game close. Do you maybe need the SteamVR logs ?

The first file is me spawning on a A350 in Heathrow and instantly crashing, the second file is me spawning on a baron 58, instantly switching to A350 and doing just fine, then crashing when i try to spawn the pushback truck

Edit: I should have mentionned that the game is still playable, but that is only after a freeze of maybe 20 seconds
