Was very excited to see we finally got the 737-800, but everytime I try to use it, I can’t select a location in cold and dark, only ‘pushback with engines on’, as well as everytime I do decide to spawn, the wrong plane spawns, that being the Cessna 172. Anyone else experiencing this? If so any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this?

So I entered the game saw that I have the 737-800, when i have never bought it and though its a bug and just deleted the app and installed it again, still it shows me that i have the -800, idk what is happening and seriously wanna buy the aircraft to do some routes.

FYI: when I select the -800 and spawn I spawn in a Cessna.

From which country are you connecting from? Perhaps some files are corrupted in our content delivery network which affects some countries but not others?

No part of beta program, germany, i cant buy it or fly it

Never been part of beta program, I just got the official update in App Store and when I opened the game b738 had download button not the actual price like other planes. (Don’t have the aircraft bundle)

We haven't yet found the cause why it's working for some customers but not others. And it's the weekend, where we have the days off but I'm sure the boss is already investigating behind the scenes.

Thats why we need as much information as possible from you guys to find the pattern of who is affected and why.

I would like to report a bug that I encountered after the latest update which introduced the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.When I try to select the Boeing 737-800 in the aircraft selection menu, the app instead loads a different aircraft — the Cessna 172. I have tried restarting the app and redownloading the aircraft, but the issue still happens.Could you please let me know how long it will take for this issue to be fixed in an upcoming update?

I am not a part of the beta program and I’m also experiencing this problem. The download button showed up but after downloading, it spawned as a Cessna.
