Nothing too crazy in terms of work but I think it would add a decent amount of realism to the night time flights is creating the light effect on the wingtips on the 737 aircraft’s like in the real world and also make the lights on the wingtips of the 777 and other aircraft brighter and visible from the window views.

At the moment the A320 model has a UV mapping that makes the creation of new liveries quite difficult. And changing the UV mapping like we did for the A319 or A321 would essentially mean removing all existing liveries and recreating some of them from scratch.
Can you add the Etihad A321 ?
-
There currently is no beta active so you should be able to update the app from the regular App store.
Any idea when the beta will be updated ? I prefer having the beta running as it’s usually early access to new features
-
It's a known issue, which is already fixed on PC and hopefully the fix will be available on mobile soon.
I’m on the mobile beta but still didn’t get access to the new update ?
The a350 update
-
Because we were working on the A350. The A380 upgrades are more or less a byproduct of the upcoming A350
But engine sounds are custom made for the aircraft and can't be copied over just like that or at least it won't sound like the correct engine then.
Makes sense, better to have a full product.
When is the mobile beta out ? -
No, the sound of the A380 is the same as before with minor additions such as APU and Autobrake off sounds.
Why
-
That's the harsh reality of creating a product that masses consume: you will never satisfy everyone
While I can see why people think this update was pointless, it's a good thing they're doing it in my opinion. It adds more subtle variety in case someone wanted to fly a specific aircraft (ex: people who wanted the a321 like me, or how everyone keeps talking about the 737-800 for the future).
The fact that they're able to release a new variant each month will be beneficial to the game in the long run. Coupling that with the addition of new aircraft like the a350 which also may have different variants will add a lot to the game.
Don’t get me wrong I completely agree with you but my point is when they added the 321 the basically completed the Airbus as they added/improved the sounds and features. My argument here was that they basically didn’t add or change anything, the minimum would’ve been adding the flap sounds and improving the engine noise slightly.

Yeah not that many difference to the 777W I also don’t know why the devs won’t paint the aircraft properly. The 777F doesn’t not have panda eye windows, unlike the a320-321 the where the windows are in the wrong position and are not titled the 777F windows seem fine to me so I really don’t know what the reason is. It’s very distasteful. But still I appreciate the hard work that went into creating the aircraft its fun to fly, it only has a some flaws that should be worked on. The main landing gears are moving weird so I hope the fix that as well
I agree but I think if they’re making an aircraft at least do it properly or put that time into improving the app instead of adding a pointless aircraft. But either way it’s still appreciated!

Honestly very underwhelming aircraft, only new feature really is the apu. No falp sounds, engine sounds the same and overall not worth it.

If we could have a system similar to VATSIM ran by the users it would be epic, however that means AF will have to build and add the atc controller mode to the sim.
-
Like I said, we cannot estimate any time frame.
I’d say this kind of project should be a priority no? Like it’s been missing in the sim for so long now.
-
We are working on many projects in the background and weather is one of them.

How come these planes are unpainted? Here, all the paintings of the planes you mentioned appear to me.
I only saw one new livery on the 319

Jet-Pack (IPACS)2. Oktober 2024 um 11:04 The wing lights on the 319 on the IOS beta aren’t facing the engines, Another observation is that the button light textures in the flight deck are very blarey and bad.

Can this be released already
-
I think its safe to say its not coming today
Let down
-
Weird they’ve been silent for the last 2 days
-
Is it actually coming out ?😂. Why would they announce it so early before the release
-
They could add vibrations to the phone when the wheels of the plane touch the runway on landing, it would be fantastic
Agree completely

The sounds are primarily defined in the subdirectory "base" in the systems tmd file, which is identical between the A320 and A321. All sound triggers, all sound manipulations are in that file and you can simply add new sounds into the sound section or adjust existing ones.
Adjusting volumes and pitch (playback speed) of the sound files does not need any modifications to the actual files. Just adjust the mappings that go into the soundloop input for volume or pitch. You only need the converter to convert new raw wav files in 22.5 kHz to the format used in Aerofly FS.
Can we expect anything from you guys for these sound effects ? Also just highlighting the PTU sounds need fixing as they don’t have the really high pitch sound when starting and they don’t sound good when you shut down the aircraft. Just adding 🙏🏻
