Um, I have a hunch, I rolled back my video driver to 566.36 (which never gave me trouble) and so far I haven't had any crashes, but then again I could be wrong.... :/ Unless the tm.log says differently I don't know. Nobody has gotten back to me to tell me if there are errors in the tm.log file that's caused the crash issue...??

But after it crashed, I had to restart the SIM and the last position (airport) was set to Basel again and the last (aircraft) was the UH-60. So every time I fire up the SIM from the launch menu (steam) from my task bar, its stuck on Basel and UH-60. Like I said, this all started after that update we just had. I did nothing to precipitate it.

I just fired up the SIM and there was a download (update I'd imagine) and the only thing not working now is the SIM won't remember my last airport I left off at. Everything else is working fine as far as remembering settings, mapping etc. etc. IPACS what happen...? :/ Update: Flying across the country of Italy to Innsbruck.....1/2 way across....the SIM froze and closed. Couldn't resume my flight....? This has never happened in all the time I've had FS4 since its inception.…

[…] User documents never got removed. I'm just gonna chalk it up to a glitch. I removed the One Drive awhile back and FS4 worked with no issues. So as I said it was probably a one off glitch or shutting down my PC before I went away that somehow lost the mappings. It's working fine right now, good to go. Hard to troubleshoot this one I imagine. If it happens again, not sure what the cause would be. Strange to say the least. :/

[…] No, I uninstalled it. I was gone for 3 days so nobody else is here to use my PC. It's fine this morning, everything is ok after I remapped everything last night. I'm so grateful FS4 mapping is a simple process, it's a non-issue to remap my controls again. Not like that other "SIM" which is a nightmare to map anything. Is it just me or is anybody else experiencing this. I haven't used FS4 in few days and I went to fire it up tonight and all my control mappings for my Airbus controls are all gone......? I clicked default to start remapping and even the defaults didn't even set up. Whats going on...? It's like they erased themselves :/

IPACS, Is the URSA MINOR Airline Joystick by WinWing compatible with FS4...?

Did some online sleuthing and found tips on how to eliminate stutters with OpenGL. Runing smooth now, no need for Vulkan and no need to set Nvidia control panel to defaults. Thank God for Google. :thumbup: ;)

In Aerofly FS you can simple enable the option and most likely it will work out of the box.
